  1#   Avoid peak pollen hours

Pollen is the main cause of seasonal allergies.

You should learn to keep shoes by the door (either inside or outside). Also, have a specific shoes for walking indoors or let everyone wear socks.

Clean all shoes occasionally if possible or wipe them with a wet piece of cloth.

In case you are required to use one, consult with your doctor and get the recommended one. Also, invest in a quality one.

If keeping the windows closed in not a good ideas then you should invest in a good screen. Make sure the windows and door screens are clean always.

  7#   Wipe your Electronics

In this digital age we have numerous numbers of electronics that have a huge surface area to gather allergens.

To reduce indoors allergens, wipe down the electronics regularly with the proper electronics cleaning equipment.

Canned air can also be used to spray the allergens that may be trapped inside the machines.
